Parsippany Pediatrics

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment. In general, it is unlikely that we will be able to maneuver a missed "well check-up" into the schedule, but we work very hard to see all "sick" children at some point in the day.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late. Our staff will try to keep you informed if the delays are substantial, so that you will have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.

Sick Child Visits

If you would like us to see more than one child, please schedule both of them when you make your appointment. Without an appointment, we may not be able to see a sick sibling right away, and you may be asked to wait while the provider sees a scheduled patient who may be waiting.

Walk Ins

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule if possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

After Hours

If the problem does not justify "911" or you are simply not sure what to do, your doctors at Parsippany Pediatrics are available for emergency calls after hours:  call the main office number (973-263-0066), and you will be given options to access advice.

We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the doctors after-hours, but we also recognize that the website information will not answer all questions or cover all scenarios.
